Clemence de Limburg: The Camera Club of New York announces the opening exhibition for photographer Clemence de Limburg, the winner of its annual juried show competition. The exhibition is on view at the Camera Club of New York through April 1st.Renowned photographer Larry Fink selected Clemence as the winner from a large group of contenders for her work, Satmar.

The Camera Club of New York’s new show, our 2008 National Juried Exhibition, opened last night to a full house! The show will be on view until June 5th; visit our gallery Monday-Saturday 2-6 p.m.
Thanks to juror Larry Fink, all the photographers, and the Camera Club team for making this show happen!

The Camera Club of New York (CCNY), a venerable not-for-profit organization founded by Alfred Stieglitz in the late 19th century, is supported mostly by its members — fine art and documentary photographers – who sustain CCNY as a darkroom, shooting studio, and arts organization. Throughout its history, the Club has sustained its stated mission to advance “the art and science of photography” through affordable classes, a lecture series and workshops, an exhibition program and the only year-round Darkroom Residency Program in New York.
